Pharmacy files

Look up any pharmacy

The public records on any pharmacy, by name or NPI: the national provider registry, the FDA's enforcement records and inspections, drug recalls and the federal exclusion list. Or open the file a pharmacy published. Each fact comes with its source and date, and nothing here is ranked.

Any pharmacy, not only these

Every pharmacy in the NPPES registry, whether or not it published a file here. By name, NPI or state.

Every fact with its receipt

What each source returned, with the query and the time. Sources: NPPES, the FDA's compounding actions, warning letters and Data Dashboard, openFDA and HHS OIG.

Private to your account

The pharmacy is not told you looked, and nothing is published. Marked "Not published by the pharmacy: public sources only".

Published files

Pharmacies that published their file on Veritura, in alphabetical order. Each row says when the public sources were last looked up, what they found, and which credentials are on file with their source and date.

No published file matches yet. A pharmacy appears here when it publishes its file from its Veritura workspace.

Veritura checks paperwork and records at their source and reads documents against the rule each must meet. A file is not an approval, a certification or a rating of the pharmacy, and it says nothing about any medicine. Veritura does not sell, route or rank pharmacies.

Each item on a file says how it was checked, when, and by whom or by which source. A file is published all or nothing: the pharmacy cannot choose which items readers see, and a finding it retires stays on the file, marked retired.
