There are no figures on this page. Essentials and Workspace are priced per operating site and Operations per organization of up to three sites, each monthly; Passports and Seals are charged once per order; Platform and supplier review are quoted. One call sets a written price.
A lot counts once in a month, the first time a document for it is read. A second certificate, a corrected certificate or a supporting document for the same lot adds nothing, and a document that names no lot counts once on its own. Label photos and temperature reports never count. Every delivery is read past the plan's lots: a lot past them is counted as over the plan for that month, nothing stops, and no charge is added.
Yes. The Network is free for suppliers and buyers, a clinic workspace is free, reading published files and scanning Passports needs no account, and a free account runs three checks and keeps every record a decision rested on.
No. Each selected product is billed once per order. There are no included proof allowances and no free first production proof. A price for a stated order volume can be agreed.

Agreements signed before a pricing change keep their terms for the length of the agreement.
