Three things a supplier portal structurally can't be.

Independent

We don't sell, source, or distribute any product. When we verify a document there is no incentive to look the other way, which is what makes the check carry weight.

One independent layer over every supplier you buy from, instead of one portal per vendor that you will never get them all to join. Reuse only shows up when one layer sees them all, because the check compares each new document against every other document on record.

Verified, not displayed

A forged COA displays just as cleanly as a real one. Every file is hashed and read, its stated values are checked against the limits that apply to them, and only the issuing lab's own recorded reply can move a document to source-confirmed.

What you can hand someone

One independent, verifiable link, per order.

The same record works for a provider, a payor, an auditor, or a patient. It carries the proof instead of asking anyone to take a supplier's word.

  • Bound to the order and the lot: the COA, supplier packet, lot, customer, and reviewer reconciled into one record rather than a loose PDF. That binding is permanent, which is how a recall published months later still reaches a record already issued.
  • The test record as documented on the COA, with our independent check that the documentation is complete, consistent, and free of reuse and tamper signals. A field the document does not state is printed as not stated, never filled in.
  • Read independently of the supplier, so the record's weight does not depend on the seller's say-so. A source status only moves to confirmed when the issuing lab's own reply is on record.
