A certificate of analysis is written by the party that sells the substance, or by its laboratory, and sent to the party that buys it. In most pharmacies that is where the checking ends: the PDF is filed and the lot moves. A supplier portal improves the filing, not the checking. It shows the same document the supplier wrote, from the supplier's own system.
A fabricated or carelessly reissued report displays exactly as cleanly as a genuine one. The question that matters is not whether a certificate can be shown. It is who read it, against what, and whether they had any reason to report something other than what they found.

Both can put a certificate in front of you. Only one reads it, checks it against the standards and FDA's records, and can show you how every decision was reached.

- Veritura does not sell, route or rank pharmacies, takes nothing from orders, and has no ratings or badges to sell.
- No price on a result
- Supplier review is quoted, and a payment never awards a badge or changes an evidence result.
- Published whole, findings first
- A pharmacy or supplier that publishes its verified file publishes all of it. A finding the firm answers stays on the file, marked retired, with its date, and no one can pay to change what a file says.
- No rating of the firm
- The completeness figure on a file is the share of applicable items verified and still fresh. It is never a rating of the pharmacy or supplier.
- No toll on evidence
- Suppliers answer through a door, one standing link per supplier, with no account and no charge, so whether a supplier can pay never decides whether its evidence is read.

Independence matters only if the reader does real work. These are the things an independent read establishes that no display of the same file can.
- Who made it
- The original manufacturer named and searched in FDA's establishment registry. A certificate naming only a seller holds the lot until someone names the maker.
- The limit your dose allows
- Computed under USP <85>, ICH Q3C and ICH Q3D, and held against the limit the certificate prints.
- What the substance is
- The name, UNII, CAS number, formula and molecular weight compared with FDA's substance registry; a wrong molecular weight fails with both figures named.
- Whether its own numbers agree
- A result outside its own limit but marked "Conforms", an assay plus water over the whole sample, dates that cannot all be true.
- What the file says about itself
- Seventeen document-integrity signals, from a re-save after issue to a reused signature.
- Whether the laboratory stands behind it
- The request to the issuing laboratory is drafted for you, and only its recorded reply sets a document to source-confirmed.

Every supplier at once. Reuse shows only to one reader.
A supplier portal sees only its own documents. Reuse shows up only when one reader sees them all, which is why the check sits over every supplier a pharmacy buys from instead of inside any one of them.

The record works for a provider, a buyer, an auditor or a patient. It carries its evidence instead of asking anyone to take a supplier's word.
- Bound to the order and the lot
- One Passport, the proof issued for each dispensed order, issued only from a lot a person reviewed, by a signature or under a saved release policy.
- The certificate's own lines
- Up to 14 fields read from it, and for a compounded preparation each ingredient, up to 12, with its laboratory results.
- Something anyone can check
- The supply chain by role, the release gates the record cleared (six for a purchased lot, seven for a preparation), and a SHA-256 fingerprint anyone can recompute in their own browser.
- Kept current
- A recall a person declares appears on the scan and Passport pages and reaches every patient who saved a unit from the lot or was emailed its Passport.
- Plain to a patient
- No score or posture word on a patient surface, and no patient identity.
