User responsibility
Users are responsible for the materials they submit and for independently evaluating any decisions outside the report scope.
Vera, the desk assistant
Vera is an AI system built into Veritura. She prepares work from a workspace's own records; releases and first outside contacts always require a human signature, and factual assertions in her responses should be checked against the record before being relied upon.
Corrections
Veritura may update, annotate, or preserve reports based on correction requests, supplemental evidence, methodology changes, or operational requirements.
